Helping a new business come bursting out of the gates with an on-brand visual BANG!
This commission involved designing the initial sign for a new tattoo studio. Sing the owner specializes in black and white tattoo art I decided to keep the lettering mostly greyscale while using red as a pop color to match the furniture of the shop.
Jonathan, the shop owner, like myself is Filipino. So, I designed the subtle background for the sign's text using traditional Filipino motifs as the inspiration.
